Well its been 5 months since I passed my R&S switch lab and things have been a bit hectic, I’ve changed jobs, moved back to my home state, Got engaged, Planning a Wedding and started to study for SP.
My SP studies took a big hit when I moved/changed jobs. My new job allows far less study time than my previous one unfortunately but I plan to dedicate atleast one night a week to labbing/workbooks. I will be continuing to create my own labs so stay tuned, The pace will be …

Welcome to Part 2 of the dynamips,terminal servers and virtual rack tutorial. This time we are configuring 4 virtual racks. Each rack consists of 9 routers, 4 switch and a fully meshed frame relay cloud.
The virtual racks are controlled with dynagen and each user has their own automatically created .net file and seperate working directory so they can save their work. If a user access a different rack. The control script with rewrite their .net file with values for the new rack. So the user doesn’t any difference except for the terminal server address changing. Welcome to Part 1 of another dynagen,dynamips tutorial. This time we are focusing on having Dynagen and dynamips start automatically on boot. I had a need for four terminal servers to start on boot.
