This post is about a month late, Been busy with some other tasks. And it probably reads like I wrote it without thought, and thats because I did.
I had the luck to purchase a two for one deal from IpExpert, this deal was for  IpExperts bootcamp and Narbik’s bootcamp.  Its been about two months since the IpExpert class and one month since Narbik’s.

Motivation issues with 6 Weeks left

Hello to the one person who reads this stuff
Its 6 or 7 weeks left till my lab ( Booked and Paid for 15th December 2008 ).   My current study schedule involves about 20hours a week spent labbing,  8 of those hourse are on a mock lab, The rest is spent on technology based labs.
My current issue is motivation, I know I could pass today if I sat the exam right now. And due to this I am struggling to keep up the study routine. But If i …

I’m currently sitting a bootcamp with Narbik, and recently sat an IpExpert one. ( there was a two for one deal happening ) So in a week or so after I have had time to reflect onNarbik’s,  I will post up a comparison of the two courses for anyone who is interested in attending.

Penguins Win! IPexperts bls does run on linux.

quick intro: My bls from IPexpert arrived yesterday. On their website it states that the bls works with windows,mac and linux. What their website doesn’t say is that the interactive menu does not work with linux and there is no ETA on a linux solution……. Yes I am pissed off about that.
So this is my attempt at geting the bls to be usable under linux with wine. It works on my system, and I will fix this post up when I get a chance and feedback. To little time …

Mike Down gone!

After wondering why MikeD hadn’t been online for a few days, Ipexpert have posted on mike’s blog that he is no longer with the company. Sad news as Mike was an awesome representative for Ipexpert and I’m sure he will be sorely missed,
I guess now all the bloggers/tweeters/facebookers etc etc are wondering who will be our main contact. First experience with ProctorLabs

So I managed to purchase some ProctorLabs time when MikeD was having his 2for1 special and I finally got to use it tonight.
There are 3 times slots available per day. the times are based around EST( -4)  which in Australia EST (+10) makes the session times start at  6am, 2pm and 10pm.  Each session lasts for 7h45m.  So I booked a 2pm start with the intention to come home from work early!  There are 4 guys in our team at work and today 2 called in sick and the 3rd …
