I might consider it after SP. Personally I find the theory exams boring after the Lab. I dont mean that they are easy, preparing for the lab is just a whole different ball game. Last tip, get as much done now before the Post traumatic test disorder kicks in. It is potent enough to paralyze for weeks. Good luck on the Design goals, but why not go for CCDE after CCDP? Now take any single IE track and there is huge amount that is not covered, yet it is expected that you know atleast some of it.
