		<description>Now this is something I can throw some advice in for.  All that tech stuff mackez mah brayn melt.

Take 2 days off. - 3 Maximum. Don't take a week. 3 days is more than enough to refresh your mindset. A week is too long, once you hit that 7th day, getting restarted is going to seem like a huge chore.  After 3 days of not doing it, you'll be keen to get into it again.
